Aztrum is pleased to announce a new partnership with a multi-award-winning architectural practice based in Cornwall. With a strong reputation for sustainable design and Passivhaus expertise, the practice is seeking to appoint a Senior Architect to support its continued growth and delivery of low-energy residential projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Project Architect role:

Lead and deliver Passivhaus residential projects across all RIBA stages
Manage client relationships and stakeholder coordination
Mentor junior team members
Oversee technical design and regulatory compliance
Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficientlyRequirements for this Senior Project Architect role:

Certified Passivhaus Designer with PHPP experience
Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
Skilled in whole-life carbon assessments (e.g. PHribbon, WLCA)
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
