We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary setting in Crawley, supporting children with a wide range of complex learning needs. Our school is built on care, creativity, and collaboration, ensuring every child is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the primary age range. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing individual and small-group support for pupils with complex needs.
Assisting with communication, sensory, and physical needs.
Supporting children in developing confidence, independence, and life skills.
Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans.
Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment.What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children with additional or complex needs (desirable).
A patient, compassionate, and flexible approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development.
