Currently investing in an office refurbishment to expand capacity, the business is thriving and looking to add another talented technician to their growing team.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Technician, you'll support engineers in producing high-quality, coordinated MEP drawings and 3D models. You'll be involved from survey through to delivery, taking full ownership of your projects while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD

Ensuring coordination across all disciplines and maintaining project accuracy

Managing design information flow and meeting project deadlines

Contributing to the development of BIM standards and workflows

About You

2-3+ years' experience using Revit MEP in a building services consultancy or contractor environment

Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems

Confident using AutoCAD; Navisworks or Dynamo experience is a plus

Detail-focused, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of your work
