We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in West Hallam Ilkeston, DE7 6HE.

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

You will be paid £13.13 per hour

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

Rotating shift (weekly) Monday to Friday, 05:30-14:00 and 14:00-22:30
You will be required to work Sunday to Thursday pattern every few weeksYour role as a Warehouse Operative:

Picking and Packing items ready for distribution
Using a handheld scanner to sort items
Boxing items on a line/station and rework area
Manual Lifting involved (up to 23 KG)
Unloading & Loading containers
Wrapping and Unwrapping Pallets
Adhering to and upholding strict Health and Safety standards
Ensuring the warehouse is always cleanWhat we are looking for in a successful candidate:

For a candidate to be suitable for placement they would have to have their own reliable transport to reach the work location as there is limited public transport/bus links by the job location
Willing to handle Alcohol, for example, wine bottles
Good level of communication
Can adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards
PPE is required, but we can provide this
Must be 18 years or older
Must already have and hold a legal status to work in the UKWhat benefits are available as a Warehouse Operative:

Hours that exceed your basic 37.5 hours in a week is paid at a premium rate!!
Weekly pay on a Friday
