Description

The successful candidate will assist in delivering engaging lessons, provide targeted support for pupils and help to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing behaviour.

Work with small groups or individual pupils to boost learning and confidence

Assist with classroom preparation, resources, and displays.

Encourage positive relationships and a supportive atmosphere for all learners.

Contribute to assessments and feedback where appropriate.

Requirements:

Experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.

A passion for education and supporting pupil progress.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential).
