ASB Officer – Temporary Contract (3 to 6 Months)
Location: North London
Rate: £35 per hour (umbrella)
Contract: 3 to 6 months, ongoing

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in managing and resolving cases of anti-social behaviour across our housing stock, ensuring communities remain safe and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of ASB complaints from start to resolution.
Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and prepare case reports.
Work closely with residents, the police, and other agencies to deliver effective solutions.
Take appropriate enforcement action in line with legislation and policy.
Provide advice and support to residents affected by ASB.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation.Requirements
Proven experience in an ASB or housing enforcement role.
Strong knowledge of ASB legislation and tenancy enforcement.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
Enhanced DBS desirable.Benefits
