Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start your teaching career in a supportive and welcoming school?

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a passionate and motivated ECT for a full-time teaching role in a forward-thinking primary school based in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to complete their induction in a nurturing environment with a strong leadership team and experienced mentors.

The Role:

Full class teacher responsibilities (planning, teaching, assessing)
Year group placement based on your strengths and school need (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
Work alongside a supportive parallel teacher or year group team
Opportunity to complete your induction with ongoing support from senior leaders
Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all pupilsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained or pending
A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through Prospero)
A positive, proactive, and reflective approach to teaching
Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for education and pupil development
Own transport preferred due to location and flexibilityTo Be Considered, You Must:

Be registered with Prospero Teaching (or be willing to register)
Be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only
Be committed to completing your ECT induction year
