Quality Manager

Salary: £50k DOE + bonus

Location: Kent

My client is an award winning, class leader in the supply of labels, cartons and flexible packaging.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a dynamic, technically driven team with quality management, ISO compliance and problem solving at the forefront of the role

Responsible for - Quality Manager

The quality assurance processes and procedures used in the business.
The Quality Manual and ISO9001 compliance.
Internal & Customer audit
BRC compliance and audit management
Health & Safety
Tracking customer complaints and managing root cause analysis and corrective actions
Setting of QA compliance objectives and ensuring targets are achieved

Experience and skillset - Quality Manager

Man management and good communicator
Reporting and presentation skills
Analytical problem solving - root cause, 5Ys, corrective actions
Understanding of ISO and ideally BRC standards
Understanding and experience of H&S standards and practice
