Key Responsibilities

You'll take the lead in delivering a world-class guest journey:

Oversee the Front of House operation, ensuring smooth daily and nightly running
Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, seamless service
Act as an ambassador for the hotel, proactively engaging with guests throughout their stay

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a duty manager or similar within a luxury 5 star hotel environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A guest-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
Confidence in managing a high-end Front of House operation
A car driver is essential
