Head of Care & Quality (CQC Registered)
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £50,000+ DOE + Bonus
Full-Time: Permanent

Join a leading healthcare provider in the West Midlands as the Head of Care & Quality, holding CQC registration and driving quality, compliance, and governance for regulated care services.

This senior role focuses on ensuring outstanding CQC standards, leading audits and inspections, and collaborating with operational teams and regulators to uphold excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold CQC registration for all regulated activities

*

Lead CQC inspections, audits, and compliance management

*

Oversee quality assurance and governance frameworks

*

Provide leadership and support to management teams

*

Act as primary CQC liaison and represent the organisation

Requirements:

*

Proven senior care leadership with a Good or Outstanding CQC record

*

Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and legislation

*

Level 5 Leadership Diploma or equivalent

*

Experience in complex, multi-stream regulated services preferred

*

Excellent communication and strategic skills
