Social Media and Content Specialist

Salary £42-45k
Hybrid working - 3 days office based in Berkshire
Excellent benefits   Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, on-brand content and managing all social media channels across multiple business units (B2B & B2C). This role supports marketing objectives through strategic content planning, creation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content and social media plans across all digital platforms
Manage day-to-day social media activity and engage with B2B/B2C audiences
Liaise with agencies, internal teams, and EMEA content marketing to align efforts
Create digital assets, newsletters (via Marketing Cloud), and campaign materials
Support brand events, PR, and retailer marketing initiatives with tailored content
Monitor content performance, provide reporting, and optimize based on KPIs
Ensure consistency across all marketing communications and presentations
Skills & Experience:

Strong background in content and digital marketing
Social media management experience (multi-brand preferred)
Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
Experience with agencies and marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
