NEW BUILD HOUSING SITE MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER required – Rock, Cornwall – FREELANCE CONTRACT
New housing development requires a Site Manager or Project Manager from inception to completion.
28 new units will need oversight from the Site Manager / Project Manager who will be responsible for the entire build cycle including overseeing/management of all staff, subcontractors and stakeholder communication.

Packages include:

• Groundworks – roads, sewers, foundations, hardstanding’s etc
• DPC, Brickwork, roofing, internals, glazing, etc
• First fix, second fix, plumbing, electrics, etc
• Snagging, client handover and completion
• Infrastructure and green areas

Key Responsibilities

• Subcontractor procurement if require
• Planning, programming
• Day to day management and oversight
• Health and Safety management
• Drive the programme and works
• Oversee quality control, site documentation
• Deal confidently and effectively with subcontractors and any trades teams
• Manage inspections, snagging, and final handover

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager within residential developments

• Strong understanding of fire strategies, building safety, and residential construction
• Track record of success in the residential markets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential
