Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager – Watford (office based) – c£30k to start

We’re working with a well-established Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an accomplished Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager to support their existing Block Management team as follows:

* Working office based in Watford, 9am to 5pm Mon-Thu and 9am to 4pm on Friday

* Assisting with day-to-day block management duties

* Responding to leasehold enquiries and coordinating documentation

* Supporting general insurance administration and renewals

* Dealing with service charge queries

* Processing deed of covenant requests and lease extensions

* Handling freehold consents for property changes

Suitable Property Administrators / Trainee Block Managers will ideally have 1+ years previous property experience, their own vehicle, a stable career history, excellent communication skills and the desire to commit and progress long term.

Salary for the successful Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager will start at up to £30k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
