CNC Miller, GL1 of Gloucester, £15 to £17 p/h depending on experience. Double day shifts, 6am til 2pm and 2pm til - £10pm with an early finish on fridays. Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the right person

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company based just outside the town centre of Gloucester to join their machine shop on a Temporary basis which may lead to a permanent role.

The successful CNC Miller will be required to;

Setting and Operating CNC milling machines using Haas Controls
Machining high quality part using composite materials
Working from engineering drawings
Producing volume batch work
Quality checking own work and recording information
Working to targets
4 and 5 axis
Completing work sheets
Responsible for Health and Safety whilst operating machinery
Working alone but also as a team in order to achieve productivity

In ordered to be considered for this role;

Experience of working as a CNC Milling Machinist
Some editing of programmes would be beneficial
Use of Haas Controls
Experience of working a target driven production environment
Used to working from engineering drawings
CMM and Shadowgraph experience
CNC Router experience would be an advantage

Monday to Friday 6am til 2pm the rotates to Monday to Friday 2pm til 10pm with an early finish every Friday.
