International Logistics Specialist

Location: Tividale
Salary: £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:45am–4:45pm | Friday 7:45am–12:45pm

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Logistics Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate global deliveries, ensuring cost-effective and efficient logistics across air, sea, and road transport. This is a fast-paced position within a collaborative team, where accuracy, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end international shipments via air, sea, and road.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
Monitor freight pricing and negotiate cost-effective logistics solutions.
Maintain accuracy of HS codes and product classifications.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Support overall order fulfilment to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with global trade and logistics legislation.
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international logistics role.
Strong knowledge of air, sea, and road freight.
Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping compliance.
Excellent multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
