Cover Supervisor – Leytonstone

Local Cover Supervisors required for Secondary Schools in Leytonstone – Immediate Start

Our partner Secondary Schools in Leytonstone are looking for reliable, adaptable Cover Supervisors to join their teams right away.

As a Cover Supervisor, your role will be to manage classrooms and deliver lessons already prepared by the class teacher, ensuring students stay on task and engaged.

Main Responsibilities:

*

Supervise and deliver cover work set by the class teacher

*

Manage pupil behaviour in line with school policies

*

Handle any immediate issues or concerns appropriately

*

Collect and return completed work, providing brief feedback where necessary

This is an excellent opportunity for UK graduates who are considering a career in education or planning to train as a teacher in the future.

Requirements:

*

Must hold a degree from a UK university

*

An up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

*

A good standard of written and spoken English

*

Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting

Strong behaviour management and flexibility
