Salary: £410.70 - £450.00 per week

We’re on the hunt for Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in the fantastic schools we work with across Llanelli. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or just starting out, we’ll help you find the right fit – from day-to-day cover to long-term placements. If you have are taruma informed and/or have an understanding of restorative practice this would be a great bonus!

What we’re looking for from our Teaching Assistant:

Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken

A genuine passion for helping children thrive

Classroom experience of 6 months or more is preferred but 6 months working with children is a must!

A positive, can-do attitude

Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Whether you’re guiding pupils one-on-one, supporting the whole class, or creating a welcoming after-school space, your role as a Teaching Assistant matters – and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
