Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring all product details and delivery dates are accurate.

Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to track booked lines and ensure smooth order flow.

Support critical path management - keeping stock on schedule and highlighting any potential delays.

Carry out competitive shops, monitor pricing, and maintain departmental pricing files.

Review size curves and contribute suggestions for new orders, repeats, and replenishments.

Ensure products go live online promptly when stock arrives, resolving any listing or data discrepancies.

Marketplace & Channel Management

Set up and maintain listings across marketplace platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, imagery, copy and stock feeds.

Stay up to date with marketplace tools and features to enhance product visibility.

Coordinate with marketing and store teams to align on product launches, promotions, and trading activity.

Product Set-Up

Prepare product information sheets and liaise with the studio team to ensure all required images and copy are ready.

Manage smooth, timely launches across multiple digital channels.

Support with stock orders, allocations, and replenishments.

Work closely with logistics and stores to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor the critical path and highlight any potential supply issues or delays.

Data & Reporting

Run weekly sales and performance reports to provide insight into trading activity.

Support with price changes, markdowns, and promotions.

Analyse sales and size data to identify trends and inform future decisions.

Conduct competitor analysis to ensure pricing and assortment remain competitive.
