Excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful manufacturer who prioritise a healthy work/life balance with a 4-day working week, in a leadership role, taking charge of a busy workshop.

This specialist manufacturer who have recently celebrated their 20th Anniversary specialise in designing and manufacturing products for the oil/gas industry. Their success has led them to be the largest manufacturer of their goods globally, with other production facilities also overseas. Due to growth, they are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their talented manufacturing team.

In this role you'll be overseeing the performance of their busy manufacturing line, attending to tasks including developing production plans/schedules, delegating work to direct reports and leading H&S and Quality activity.

This is a 4-day working week, working 6am-4pm Monday to Thursday.

This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturer who are a global leader in their produced goods, who really invest in staff with on-going training and development, whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance with a 4-day working week.

THE ROLE:
*Overseeing the busy manufacturing line
*Creating production plans and schedules and delegating works
*Overseeing H&S and Quality on the shopfloor
*Monday to Thursday - 6am-4pm

THE PERSON:
*Hands on experience within Manufacturing/Production
*Experience in team leading/supervisory role
