Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

A lovely primary school in Grantham is seeking a passionate individual to join their supportive team this November. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners and be part of a welcoming and forward-thinking school community.

About the Role:

Support children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities

Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed

Foster a inclusive and positive learning environment

Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

The Ideal Candidate:

Has previous experience supporting children in a primary school setting

Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, TA certificate, or equivalent)

Demonstrates patience, creativity, and strong communication skills

Works well as part of a team and shows initiative in the classroom

Is committed to helping children thrive academically and emotionally
