Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join their busy team in Southam.

Hours of work Monday to Friday - 9-5 one hour lunch

The Role
You'll support the Property Department with a full range of administrative and legal tasks, ensuring smooth progression of conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Duties
* Handle client enquiries and provide regular updates.
* Prepare and manage files through completion and archiving.
* Carry out AML checks and submit Land Registry applications.
* Update LMS and Lender Exchange systems.
* Support fee earners with general paralegal and administrative work.

About You
* Minimum 1 year's experience in Residential Conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
* Confident using LMS, Lender Exchange, and case management systems.
* Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
