Secondary Admin - SEMH/PRU
Full-Time
Start Date - 3rd November 2025
Daily Rate - £110 to £125 (depends on experience) Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking exceptional administrative staff to join a well-respected secondary SEMH school in Barnet, London.

The school places a strong focus on both academic progress and behavioural support. Candidates should have experience with SIMS, CPOMS, and other administrative systems, along with a solid background in school administration.

To be successful for this role you must:

Have experience with SIMS, CPOMS, and general school administration
Be highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
Show patience, empathy, and understanding of SEMH students' needs
Work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality at all timesJob Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Welcoming visitors and managing reception
Maintaining student and staff records using systems like SIMS and CPOMS
Recording attendance and monitoring student information
Supporting teaching and support staff with administrative tasks
Organising meetings, events, and school communications
