Job Title: Family Legal Secretary

Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary:

£25000 - £26000 Per annum

The Role

Looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary who has ideally some background working in a Family Law environment providing support to the Family Fee Earner-can be flexible with Full Time/Part Time for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:- 

Provide administrative support to solicitors specialising in family law
Manage and organise legal documents and correspondence
Prepare and file court documents
Handle client inquiries and communicate with clients
Schedule appointments and maintain solicitors' calendars
Assist with billing and invoicing
What we are looking For:- 

Previous experience as a legal secretary
Knowledge of family law procedures and terminology
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
