Multi Trade Operative Required - Exeter

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Exeter to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of response maintenance work. Work patch will be Exeter and surrounding area.

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £35,888 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 21 days holiday bank holidays. (salary dependent on qualifications and could increase after probation)

Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:

All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
Completing a variety of works in various trades
Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
Driving a company van safely
Reporting to your supervisor
Speaking to customers and making them feel at ease

Multi Trade Operative Requirements:

Good multi trade experience
Previous experience working within social housing
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be done for successful candidate

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and well liked contractor and have continuous work in the Exeter Area.
