Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Assist in preparing valuations, forecasts, and cost reports

Support procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor engagement

Help manage variation accounts and monthly reporting

Work closely with the Senior QS to ensure commercial targets are met across multiple phases
