Location: Clevedon
Salary: £14.13 per hour + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday–Thursday 06:00–15:00 | Friday 06:00–11:00 (Early Finish!)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunities

About the Role

Join a leading UK holiday home manufacturer and play a key role in crafting quality homes enjoyed by families across the country. As a Production Operative, you’ll work within a skilled team to assemble and finish products to exceptional standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

Operating machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently

Reading and following job specifications and assembly instructions

Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards

Working as part of a collaborative, supportive production team

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

What We’re Looking For

Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not essential

Confident using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
