Primary SEN Teacher – Specialist Provision
📍 Lambeth | 💼 Full-time, Long-term | 💰 Paid to Scale

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
We’re seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join a friendly and supportive specialist provision in Lambeth.

The Role
Teaching a small class of pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated communication and learning needs.
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons following the EYFS/KS1 or KS2 curriculum (depending on experience).
Working closely with Teaching Assistants, Speech and Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure individualised support.
Creating a positive, nurturing learning environment that encourages independence and emotional regulation.The School
A well-resourced primary SEN provision with an emphasis on communication, structure, and sensory learning.
Strong commitment to inclusion, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
Supportive leadership team with excellent mentoring for teachers new to SEN settings.Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
Experience teaching pupils with SEN, particularly ASD and communication difficulties.
A patient, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for inclusive education.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.Why Join?
