We are seeking an aluminium window, door and curtain wall fabricators to join our client in the Runcorn area. Candidates who have experience with CNC machines will also hold an advantage training on the machines will be given. This is a permanent position paying between £30,000 and £35,000 per year.
The role requires the candidate to be an integral and valuable member of a performance driven company and to be able to be flexible with overtime when required, work well under pressure as well as requiring precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.

Roles & Responsibilities
·Receiving and checking all deliveries
·Checking all material for any defects and reporting any found
·Carrying out all calibration and health and safety checks on equipment
·Accurately cut material, checking in line with QA procedures
·Drill, machine and prep materials prior to assembly ensuring quality and specifications are met
·Assemble aluminium curtain wall, windows and doors
·Pack and load materials ready for delivery
·Following all company procedures as identified in the induction and Company Handbook

·Unquestionable personal integrity able to regularly achieve exacting standards of quality, individually and also through the direction of others if appropriate
·Proven experience in this sector of work.
·Self-motivation;, capable of managing all activities
·Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adapt effectively and quickly to change
·Ability to adopt others' ideas and bring into fruition
·Ability to work equally well as part of a team or independently
·Good communication skills
·A full, clean driving license
·Ability to grow and develop personally as required by the needs of the Company
·Ability to bring in and implement new ideas, personnel and systems
·A dynamic and positive attitude
