Sales Advisor – Immediate Start with a Fast-Growing Internet Provider

Location: Keele University Campus, Stoke-on-Trent
Rate: Competitive hourly rate + commission
Contract: Short-term contract 
Start Date: Immediate start

About the Role

We’re a rapidly expanding Internet Service Provider looking for a motivated and confident Sales Advisor to join our desk-based sales team.

Working from our modern offices at Keele University Campus, you’ll play a key role in driving customer sign-ups across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales who’s looking to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers to convert leads

Handle inbound enquiries and identify new sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Provide excellent service in a busy, professional environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Sales Advisor, telesales executive, or in a contact centre environment

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, calm, and confident when handling objections

Competent with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage

Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised
