Learning Support Assistant - Surrey

Wonderful schools in Surrey are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team and help children thrive academically and emotionally.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support teachers in the classroom, work with students 1:1 or in small groups, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll assist pupils with a variety of learning needs, including SEN support, and play a key role in their educational and personal development.

What We're Looking For:

Patience, empathy, and a caring approach.

Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting (desirable).

Ability to assist students with diverse learning needs, including SEN.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
