Sales Manager – Exhibitions

💼 £50,000 basic + OTE £70,000
📍 Borough, SE1 (Office-based, 37.5 hours/week)
🕒 Full-time, Permanent

Are you a high-performing exhibition sales professional ready to take the lead on a portfolio of dynamic, international events? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B media and events company operating across logistics, supply chain, robotics, automation, and urban mobility sectors.

As Sales Manager – Exhibitions, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across a suite of industry-leading exhibitions in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver and exceed personal revenue targets across multiple exhibitions

* Own the sales strategy for specific shows in collaboration with the Head of Sales

* Lead pitch preparation and key account negotiations

* Develop tailored, insight-driven proposals for clients

* Contribute to pricing strategy and floorplan design

* Mentor Account Managers and support CRM best practices

* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the event portfolio

* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

About You

* Minimum 1 year of exhibition sales experience

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts

* Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills

* Confident closing large deals and building long-term client relationships

* Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B event cycle

* Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting
