Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Colchester
Start Date: April 2025
Salary: £130 - £180 per day
Contract Type: Long Term / Temp / Day-to-Day

Our staff can choose to be paid on a PAYE or umbrella basis.

Academics is proud to be working with a range of secondary schools across Colchester who are seeking passionate and reliable Supply Teachers to join their teams.

This Supply Teacher role can be full-time or part-time, with opportunities for both short-term cover and longer-term placements. The successful applicant will teach across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), and may also support students preparing for their GCSEs.

The successful Supply Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

Experience teaching KS3 & KS4

Strong classroom management skills

Flexibility and a positive attitude towards supply teaching
