Are you an Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background working for or alongside Tier 1 Contractors? Are you seeking a role within a reputable, award-winning construction firm that operates in a specialist sector, offering structured development, flexible hybrid working, an excellent company culture, and a clear route to Commercial Director level?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established yet fast-growing construction business, currently achieving a turnover of £20 million and continuing to expand. The company delivers a diverse range of projects valued between £5,000 and £5 million, all managed from their modern 150,000 sq ft headquarters in Rainham.

In this key role, you will manage multiple live projects simultaneously-overseeing bills of quantities, tender documentation, cost management, financial reporting, and feasibility assessments. You will have the flexibility to work from both the office and home, with regular travel to sites across Central London.

This position would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to join a progressive, forward-thinking company where you'll take ownership of multiple projects, contribute to continued growth, and advance into senior leadership roles.

The Role:

Preparation of Bills of Quantities and tender documentation
Cost planning, financial control, and reporting
Overseeing multiple construction projects concurrently
Monday-Friday, office / hybrid with site travelThe Person:

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tier 1 or similar background)
Strong commercial and cost management experience
Full UK Driving Licence
