Are you passionate in supporting young learners? looking for flexibility of choosing when and where you work? Tradewind Education is currently seeking Cover Supervisor professionals in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, to join our network of dedicated educators working across a range of secondary and SEN settings.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in classroom management and pupil progression...

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across different subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
Support pupils of varying abilities.
Adapt to new surroundings, relationships and rapport with speed and professionalism.

Qualifying Candidates Include:

QTS Teachers
ECT Teachers
Experienced Cover Supervisors & Instructors
Graduates with relevant degree related to teaching
Experience working with children/young people (e.g. - sports coaching, dance, extra-curricular clubs)
Professionals with transferable skills, confident in managing groups of young people*Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential - full support and training will be provided.
