Telecommunications Trainer

Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £32,000 (rising to £35,000 after probation)

Join a growing training provider delivering high-quality telecoms and IT apprenticeships across the UK. This is your chance to share your industry expertise and train the next generation of Telecommunications Engineers, no prior teaching experience needed!

Full training, support, and a funded teaching qualification will be provided.

The Role

As a Telecommunications Trainer, you will:

*

Deliver engaging training for IT & Telecoms Diplomas (Level 2 and Level 3)

*

Train and assess learners in telecoms installation, fibre optics, and field engineering

*

Support learners throughout their course journey

*

Bring your real-world telecoms knowledge into the classroom

*

Maintain high standards of delivery and learner achievement

What You’ll Need

*

Experience in telecoms, fibre networks, or field engineering

*

Level 3 qualification or equivalent industry experience

*

Passion for developing others and strong communication skills

*

Willingness to complete a teaching qualification (fully funded)
