Class 1 HGV Driver – LTD Welcome – £18 to £19 per hour – Luton

Next Hire Recruitment is looking for reliable and professional Class 1 HGV drivers in Luton and surrounding areas.
This is ongoing work with a variety of shifts and transport types — ideal for drivers who like keeping busy and want flexibility.

🔹 The Role

You’ll be working across various clients and contracts, including:

*

Tramping

*

Trunking (RDC to RDC)

*

Curtain-sider, Box, and Fridge work

*

Occasional yard/garage moves or ad-hoc runs

Both day and night shifts available. Some weekend work optional.

💰 Pay & Terms

*

£18 – £19 per hour (LTD / PAYE)

*

Weekly pay

*

Ongoing consistent work

*

Outside IR35

*

Overtime and weekend enhancements available

✅ Requirements

*

Valid Class 1 (HGV C+E) licence

*

CPC and Tacho Card

*

Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience (for insurance purposes)

*

over 25 or just turning 25 (for insurance purposes)

*

No more than 6 points (no IN/DD/DR offences)

*

Must be comfortable with different vehicles and shift patterns
