What can you expect in the role?:
As Regional Account Manager, you'll be a front-line force for new business development and strategic account growth in the fire and security space. You'll work with a portfolio of existing commercial clients and also remain on the hunt for new opportunities, always keeping customer needs and long-term partnerships at the core of your approach.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading the full sales cycle - from initial contact to closing
Building and nurturing key commercial relationships
Delivering customer-facing presentations and site surveys
Creating detailed proposals and technical scopes of work
Hitting sales targets while maximising gross margin
What you'll bring to the business:

This role is built for someone who thrives on autonomy, knows how to win trust quickly, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo to grow accounts and open new doors.

You'll need:

5+ years' sales experience in Fire & Security
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire systems. Experience with systems design is essential, and enterprise level XP desirable.
A strategic, consultative sales approach with proven success in account growth and retention
Ability to communicate with confidence, influence decisions, and close deals
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting

Remuneration:

Uncapped Commission. (~£70k OTE overall)
