Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Lab Technician to support our research and development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently left college and is looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working in the factory and getting their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting experiments and tests.
Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Collect, analyse, and document data accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support senior technicians and scientists in various projects.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the lab.
Participate in factory operations and assist with production tasks as needed.Requirements:

High GCSEs in Maths and Science.
No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
