Stock Condition Surveyor-Swansea

Location: Swansea

Contract: Outside IR35 | Paid per survey | 4-6 months ongoing work

TSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor for an ongoing project based in Swansea.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.About the Role:
Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).
Complete 8-10 surveys per day.
Full induction and training on the software provided.
Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks).
No floor plans or EPC data required.
Ongoing project for 4-6 months with potential for continued work.Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in stock condition surveying or a related field.
Confident using technology (tablet-based survey software).
Familiarity with HHSRS standards.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
