The Role: Engineering Manager

Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will:

* Take full ownership of all engineering functions on site – including people leadership, CAPEX, plant performance, and process improvement.

* Lead a culture of continuous improvement, applying lean principles and modern manufacturing practices.

* Identify and resolve performance issues, implementing effective corrective actions.

* Coach, engage, and align your team to deliver exceptional results.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires passion, resilience, and the ability to deliver under pressure.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven track record of achievement in challenging operational environments.

* Strong leadership qualities – the ability to influence, develop and drive teams forward.

* Experience in blue-collar, machinery-driven operations is highly desirable.

* Exposure to modern manufacturing or lean methodologies is advantageous.

* Above all, we’re looking for talent, motivation, and ambition.
