About the Role

As a

Sales Executive

, you’ll play a key part in driving business growth by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting a range of solutions to help them achieve their goals.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive office environment with full training, development, and a clear path for progression.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

Use sales scripts and templates to introduce the company’s offerings effectively.

Understand customer needs and match them with suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Work proactively to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.

Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Adaptable and open to new ways of working in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word).
