Customer Care Coordinator
North Leicester
Temporary, ongoing (potential Temp to Perm)
£15.38 per hour
Full-time, office-based (08:30 – 17:00)

The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected construction company in their search for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their busy Customer Service team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients and ensuring that completed projects meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards and policies.
Manage and respond to client queries, ensuring all issues are followed through to resolution.
Support the implementation of the company’s Customer Care processes and procedures.
Monitor the Customer Care inbox, log and action emails, and maintain detailed records.
Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to coordinate remedial works.
Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with progress notes.
Assist with scheduling appointments, ordering materials, and raising purchase orders.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager and wider team.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a Customer Care or similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
Experience within the construction, property, or maintenance sector would be advantageous.
