Description

Are you a digital-savvy communicator with a passion for creative content and data-driven marketing? We're looking for a proactive, organised Marketing & Communications Executive to help shape how the organisation is perceived by its key audiences.

You'll work across the full marketing mix, with a focus on improving and creating content for websites and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and improve website content to support engagement and communications

Use analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns

Write creative copy for web, email, and print

Support paid and organic social media campaigns

Assist in planning and delivering digital and in-person events

Contribute to video and email marketing projects

Requirements:

Strong writing skills and attention to detail

Confidence in creating web content

Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects

Proactive, "can-do" approach

Desirable:

Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Microsoft Clarity

SEO and website content management experience

Experience in recruitment or education-focused campaigns

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and support integrated marketing campaigns

Liaise with stakeholders and manage audience communications

Create and manage marketing materials for print and digital channels

Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns

Produce photos and video content

Organise and attend events to promote engagement

Support marketing strategy development and campaign evaluation

Assist the Marketing and Communications team as needed

General Responsibilities

Participate in team training and development to maintain skills and knowledge

Comply with relevant health and safety legislation and policies

Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of work

Follow safeguarding policies to protect the welfare of children and vulnerable adults

Undertake additional duties or projects as directed by management
