Registered Manager – Care Home

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

Location: Redditch

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a highly regarded care home in Redditch. This is an exciting role for a dynamic leader who is dedicated to delivering the very highest standards of person-centred care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and fostering a positive culture that supports residents, their families, and the care team alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and management to staff, ensuring a supportive and motivating environment.
Maintain high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, enhancing the overall service provided to residents.
Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
