Key responsibilities of the Senior R&D Project Manager include:

Leading and managing R&D projects from concept through to delivery.
Coordinating with electronics, embedded software, and mechanical design teams.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Identifying and mitigating project risks.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Senior R&D Project Manager - Essential skills and experience:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within electronic OEM companies.
Strong background in delivering R&D projects involving electronics, embedded software, and mechanical design.
Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. This opportunity will allow you to have a big input into how projects are run within the business. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will play a lead role in delivering R&D projects across the business. This client is expanding rapidly with ambitious growth plans.
