2-Man Gang Required - Barn Conversion Project - Aylsham ️

We're currently recruiting a 2-man team for a barn conversion project based in Aylsham, Norfolk.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable duo with solid experience in groundwork and machine operation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Mini Digger Operator

Operating a mini excavator to assist with site preparation and concrete removal
Must be confident working in tight spaces and around existing structures
Groundworker

Using pneumatic breakers to break up and remove old concrete slabs
Supporting general site clearance and prep work
Requirements:

Valid CSCS cards for both operatives
Proven experience in similar roles (barn conversions or groundwork preferred)
Own transport and tools ideal
CPCS or NPORS for digger driver preferred
Ability to work efficiently as a team and follow site instructions
Job Details:

Location: Aylsham, Norfolk
Start Date: Tuesday 14th October
Duration: 4 weeks approx.
Rate: Competitive - negotiable depending on experience and tickets
