Field Sales Executive – Hospitality & Leisure Sector (South West: Devon & Cornwall)
Location: Field & Home-Based (Devon & Cornwall)
Salary: £25,000 – £45,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance
Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:

We’re seeking an ambitious Field Sales / Area Sales / Regional Sales Executive based in the South West (Devon & Cornwall). You’ll be responsible for managing your own territory, visiting existing and prospective clients within the hospitality and leisure sector, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, leisure centres, and other hospitality venues in your territory

*

Identify and convert new business opportunities

*

Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product presentations

*

Manage your own diary – field-based with flexibility to work from home

*

Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service throughout

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in field sales, area sales, or regional sales

*

Strong background selling into the hospitality and/or leisure sector

*

Confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills

*

Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent time management

*

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

*

Based in Devon or Cornwall
