* Empathy and Patience: The ability to foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents is essential.
* Team Player: Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other staff members is key to ensuring the academic and emotional well-being of every student.

What You'll Do:
* Support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN or EAL needs.

* Monitor student progress and help identify any additional support needs.
