Nursery Practitioner - Full Time (40 hours per week)
Location: Buckinghamshire
Pay: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you passionate about giving children the best start in life? We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to provide outstanding care and learning experiences for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be responsible for supporting children's learning and development through play, planning engaging activities, and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment. You'll work closely with other practitioners to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere for every child.

What We're Looking For

✅ Qualifications/Experience:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
OR relevant experience working with EYFS-age children

Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Must have an enhanced child workforce DBS or willing to apply - you will get a refund after 20 days of working.
Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for early years education

🚗 Driving required:
Due to the nursery's location, applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Hours & Pay

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Hourly rate: £13.00 - £16.00, depending on experience and qualifications
