Overseeing performance metrics, inspections, and compliance reporting
As Production Supervisor, your experience will include:

Proven leadership in a manufacturing or production environment
Familiarity with cleanroom standards and traceability requirements
Experience with production planning and scheduling
Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH compliance
Ability to lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives
